"What we call ‘Wind Catcher’ is the art of an artisan using skill as a pen and terroir as ink to portray the playful soul of the island. The soul undergoes a metamorphosis through bubbles, sublimes amidst intense flames, and eventually finds its long sleep in the shadows of oak. It is a secret covenant with time—capturing the breath of Penghu and letting the passing years in the cask engrave the true depth of the island."

"소위 ‘포풍(捕風)’이란, 장인이 기예를 붓으로 삼고 풍토를 먹으로 삼아 섬의 흥미로운 영혼을 그려내는 것. 영혼은 기포를 통해 탈바꿈하고 맹렬한 불꽃 속에서 승화하여, 마침내 오크의 어둠 속에서 깊은 잠에 든다. 이것은 시간과의 밀약이다. 펑후(澎湖)의 숨결을 포착하고, 오크통 속에서 세월이 흘러 섬의 깊이를 새기기를 기다린다."
